Re-Start yeast can be used when your fermentation has stopped prematurely. Check with a hydrometer and if there is still sugar that has not been eaten and the hydrometer has not moved for 3 consecutive days, then you could have a stuck fermentation.
This specially selected yeast can help re-start the fermentation process and allow the fermentation to continue.
With a high re-start success rate when the wine's ABV is 8% or less and the pH level is between 3 & 3.5, restart wine yeast the ideal solution to give your brew that kick start it needs.
To use simply sprinkle the sachet contents over the top of the wine, wait for 15 or so minutes and then give it a good stir to get the yeast all around the wine.
